It is quite clear that I'm a bit of a sucker for vintage and shabby chic. I'm a bit a sucker for florals, anything rustic or quaint. My fellow Pinterest addicts will understand that the combination of these tastes will lead you directly to one pin board: weddings. The flowers, the colours, the romance - I'm an unashamed sucker for it all. Unsurprisingly, I was absolutely delighted when offered the opportunity to participate in a style challenge hosted by wedding design extrodinaires WeddingtonWay.com.

WeddingtonWay.com is a glorious online wedding boutique that offers sartorial elegance for brides and their wedding parties. Their range of modern styles is beautiful and definitely worth a browse (for when that Pinterest wedding board just doesn't hit the spot).

For the challenge, I was required to style one of their exclusive bridesmaid dresses, but of course I couldn't narrow down my shoe and clutch choices. Of course. So, I've created three slightly varying looks by reigniting my inner pastel princess.

Feather Shrug - CalmWeddings.com
Heels - Valentino
Belt - MaxMara
Clutch - Valentino

Fur Shrug - MaxMara
Heels - Zara
Pearl Headband - Zara (similar)
Clutch - MaxMara

Lipstick - Mac (Sunny Seoul)
Cardigan - Mango
Clutch - Miu Miu

I hope you like these three looks! Cute, contemporary and classy for a special occasion! I think this grey dress is darling with that wonderfully flattering sweetheart neck and appropriate length. Can I also mention that it has pockets. It has pockets: a rarity that should never be undermined.

Thank you for reading, and don't forget to check out WeddingtonWay.com for more bridal designs!

As the festivities of this season draw to a close, you may be ready to ditch the novelty jumpers and Santa hats, but one thing that's certainly here to stay is the party dress. Whether it's for that first girl's night out of the new year, or for your much anticipated 2015 prom, you'll be able to find your perfect frock at AvivaDress.com.

This online store has an extensive range of beautiful dresses, specialising in wedding and prom attire. I was astounded by their quality garments at such competitive prices, particularly as they have such an inclusive range of sizes. Each dress comes in an array of different colours and you can even tailor it to your measurements. This is a feature that makes the company stand out for me, after all, what more would you want than choice?

I have the most awful of pastimes; I call it the procrastination peruse. Perusing the virtual shelves of online stores, of course. So, naturally I browsed AvivaDress.com in search of the spectacular, and they didn't disappoint. Here are my top ten:

Strapless Short Tulle Blue Prom Dress

These three glitzy numbers scream 'perfect prom night'. I couldn't help but drool over their classic silhouettes in contemporary colours. I'm absolutely in love with the vibrancy of the first dress; zingy orange. As for the second, sequins often have me running for the hills, but there's no denying the beauty of this stunning gown. There is something undeniably 'Hollywood' about it; the jet black, the sparkling finish and that darling brush train. Perfect.

The only sufficient description I have for the third dress is Tinkerbell. So very very Tinkerbell.

Red Beaded Evening Gown

As I mentioned, the diversity at AvivaDress.com is so refreshing, and despite offering each dress in a wide range of sizes, the store also boasts a beautiful plus size collection. As well as this, they cater for all your sartorial desires, including sections in unique and vintage dresses. I have to be honest, as I'm sat typing, all I can think about is the next formal event in my calendar. I'm going to need an excuse to buy a dress.

V-Neck Burgundy Evening Gown

For formal occasions, I adore gowns that glide. Soft material lightly kissing the floor in graceful movement; the full length dress can do no wrong. The sky blue dresses are just gorgeous - I never thought I'd be swayed by such a colour! With minimal detailing and flattering A-lines, the three dresses above are both classy and flirtatious, allowing them suitability for occasions beyond 'the teenage prom'. Keep it simple, sweetheart.

Sweetheart Long Mermaid Prom Dress

These final two dresses are absolute show stoppers. Just divine. Well done, AvivaDress.

Their sale is on now, too. You're welcome.
