Hi there! Today's summertime ensemble incorporates bold, tropical prints with the pastel trend. I actually wore kitten heels for the first time in forever (I hope you sang that in your head), and I must say, I'm liking them! They are so easy to walk in, so perfect for a day out - and, of course, you can't go wrong with heels and jeans.

Conveniently, my nails were already painted sky blue, which is a colour I've been over-wearing for approximately 6 weeks now. I love it. So, when I dug this vintage jumper from the unventured depths of my 'winter collection', I fell in love with it all over again. Casual pullovers are especially handy on summer days that are deceptively bright, but rather chilly. The disappointment I felt when I saw the cloudy sky this morning was incomprehensible, so I figured I'd make my own summer scene with an exotic print!






This outfit is pretty simple and extremely versatile; easily dressed up or down! I hope you like it!

In other news: it was my birthday yesterday! One more year of pretending to know how to adult. My birthday outfit featuring my fave Zara piece will be up next week so... yeah... stick around for that! Thanks for reading!

    I love those jeans, I have a very old gap pair which are similar, I struggle to get in them though lol! Happy belated birthday chick

    Happy belated birthday! I love this sky blue look. The colors are absolutely gorgeous on your skin. I have so much blue in my closet, I don't need any more, but this color has me questioning that fact...
