Wardobe Veteran

This morning, as I was glancing at my wardrobe I noticed a cardigan I haven't worn for months. It's actually one of the oldest things in my current wardrobe at the tender age of 3 years old. I decided to dust it off and wear it today, paired with a sand coloured midi and red charity shop jumper. I couldn't help but throw on some spotted tights and creepers to give the look more 'grungy edge' and less 'Little House on the Prairie'.

The red lip and jumper really break the monochrome of the cardigan, making the outfit a bit more fun and appropriate for spring. I use the term 'spring' loosely. It's freezing.

I hope you like the look, guys!

Just a side-note..... Today I saw a girl wearing the most gorgeous emerald peplum with some well fitted black jeans. The look was so nice, as it was well tailored and smart-casual - this definitely gave me some fashpo (fashion inspiration; see what I did there).

However, peplums are one of those awkward items of clothing that only really look good if they fit perfectly and with my funny proportions, a perfect fit is near impossible. So, dear readers - cherished readers - beloved readers, do you know any shops that sell well fitted and flattering peplums? I will love you infinitely if you leave me a comment:)
